Job summary

easyJet is seeking a commercially minded senior legal partner to support Engineering & Maintenance and other Ops functions. You’ll provide vital commercial legal advice across relationships and supply chains in the UK, Europe and beyond.

Reporting to the Head of Legal for Engineering, Maintenance and Ops, you’ll advise on complex contracts, supplier relationships and risk in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years PQE in commercial law, preferably in-house or with exposure to engineering/maintenance sectors.
• Experience advising on complex supplier contracts and relationships.
• Ability to balance pace, risk and commercial realities in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Responsibilities

• Advise on major commercial relationships and supply chains within Engineering & Maintenance.
• Review and negotiate complex supply agreements with large multinational suppliers.
• Build trusted relationships across the business and Legal, managing competing priorities.
• Propose technology-enabled process improvements to templates and workflows.
