Job summary
Transport for London is seeking a Senior Maintenance Technician (Air Conditioning) at Plumstead Depot to lead maintenance delivery and provide technical expertise for essential rail systems. Qualifications
- Leadership in a safety critical environment with railway standards knowledge.
- Specialist knowledge of Building Services and public health systems with air conditioning focus.
- Experience as Mechanical Technician, Building Services Technician or Senior Maintenance Technician in plant room environments.
- NVQ Level 2/3 Heating & Ventilation and Level 2 NVQ in Installing, Testing and Maintaining Air Conditioning & Heat Pump Systems or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Lead maintenance activities, fault response, inspections, and planned preventative maintenance.
- Asset monitoring and safe hand back of assets.
- Collaborate with engineering and operations teams while promoting safety and continuous improvement.
