Job summary

The AA is seeking an AI Solution Architect to design secure, scalable AI solutions and drive the next generation of intelligent products. You will work across Engineering, Data, Product and Security, delivering architecture decisions while staying close to delivery teams.

Apply your practical AI knowledge to implement patterns like RAG, embeddings, and AI agents, balancing innovation with governance, security and long-term maintainability across The AA's platforms.

Qualifications

• Hands-on architecture role close to engineering and delivery.
• Practical experience designing AI/Generative AI solutions with integrated components.
• Experience with modern AI architecture: LLMs, embeddings, vector search, AI agents.
• Ability to reason about patterns, risks, costs and scalability.
• Experience designing secure, scalable cloud-native architectures (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI solution architectures that are scalable, secure and aligned with standards.
• Translate business challenges into pragmatic AI solutions with clear rationale.
• Design using patterns like Retrieval Augmented Generation, LLMs, embeddings and AI agents.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Product and Security, providing hands-on guidance.
• Act as technical authority for AI architecture balancing innovation with governance and resilience.
• Evaluate new technologies and contribute to reusable AI reference architectures.
