Redcentric is seeking an experienced AI Solutions Architect to shape strategy, architecture and governance across customer services, operations and knowledge management. You will design secure, scalable AI solutions, translate business needs into reusable patterns, and ensure responsible AI adoption with strong data protection and risk controls.

The role emphasizes delivering repeatable offerings, guiding bids, and collaborating across Product, Engineering and Security teams to drive value.

Responsibilities
