Job summary

Ncounter is seeking an experienced Solution Architect to bridge customer requirements and technical delivery in AI, data and automation projects for regulated environments. You will shape solutions before they move into engineering and work directly with clients to translate challenges into practical designs.

The role covers enterprise data platforms, generative AI, integrations, security and operational architecture, including agentic AI, RAG, vector databases and governance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise AI projects in regulated environments.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical designs.
• Strong understanding of architecture governance and security.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end AI, data and automation solutions for complex enterprise environments
• Produce architectures, designs and implementation roadmaps
• Lead discovery workshops and translate business needs into technical solutions
• Design using foundation models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini)
• Shape agentic AI architectures with multi-agent systems, tool calling, orchestration
• Design RAG, vector DB, semantic search and enterprise knowledge systems
• Support proposals, estimates and customer presentations
• Contribute to governance, security and responsible AI standards
