Job summary

Morson Edge (Technology) is seeking an AI Solutions Architect to lead practical AI adoption across the organisation. The role focuses on designing secure, scalable AI solutions, embedding AI into existing products and developing new capabilities that improve automation, productivity and customer experience.

You will work across AI, data, architecture, security and governance, taking ideas from concept through to production and ongoing service delivery.

Qualifications

• Design enterprise-scale AI/automation solutions and architectures.
• Translate business needs into technical roadmaps.
• Develop reusable AI architectures and implementation patterns.
• Experience in customer-facing architecture or pre-sales.
• Collaborate with security, governance, engineering and operations.
• Relevant architecture, AI/data, governance certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and shape AI strategy, roadmap and architecture.
• Design secure, scalable AI solutions and patterns.
• Identify Generative AI opportunities (LLMs, RAG, automation).
• Develop AI-enabled products from pilot to production.
• Create reusable architectures, frameworks and docs.
• Drive internal AI adoption to boost productivity.
• Provide technical leadership across engagements and bids.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Security, Data and Commercial teams.
• Ensure AI solutions meet security, data protection and governance.
