Job summary

VOIS seeks a Senior AI Software Engineer to build, test and operate production-grade software using AI-native practices. The role blends hands-on development with responsible AI tooling, ensuring outputs are validated and secure while meeting business requirements.

You will own software components across their lifecycle within a cross-functional team. With 5+ years delivering scalable software, you will design RESTful APIs, microservices and cloud-native solutions, review AI-assisted code, and

Qualifications

5+ years of experience delivering production-grade software.
Confident developing cloud-native applications using Java, preferably Spring Boot, and React.
Experienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, integrations and customer-facing digital capabilities.

Responsibilities

Build, test and maintain APIs, services, integrations and platform capabilities.
Translate requirements and designs into high-quality software implementations.
Review AI-generated and human-written code and artefacts for correctness and alignment to requirements.
Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation and production verification processes.
Collaborate with Product teams and Lead Engineers to improve delivery practices.
