Qualifications

• Solid software development background with practical coding experience.
• Hands-on Python for backend development, integrations or automation.
• Experience designing backend services and REST APIs.
• Experience integrating AI/LLMs into applications or AI-powered features.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Knowledge of scalable, reliable application architecture.
• Experience with web technologies for interfaces.
• Experience working with databases, external APIs and data sources.
• Strong problem-solving to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Ability to own projects from concept to delivery.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain software applications focusing on backend and integrations.
• Build AI-powered features using LLMs, including document processing and information extraction.
• Develop RAG solutions connecting LLMs to internal data and sources.
• Build APIs to connect apps, databases, CRMs and third-party services.
• Create automated workflows blending programming, business logic and AI.
• Contribute to technical architecture and integration decisions.
• Take ownership from requirements to testing and deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate challenges into software solutions.
• Improve reliability, performance and scalability of current apps and integrations.
• Explore new AI tools and technologies that add business value.
