Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is building the next generation of AI compute with a large-scale SoC. As the SoC Validation Lead, you will enable pre-production software to run reliably on new silicon and ensure quality, reliability and functionality before production release.

You will lead a team delivering post-silicon validation across silicon, firmware, and platform levels, requiring strong debugging, cross-domain collaboration, and the ability to drive automation and scalable validation in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent; Master’s preferred.
• 20+ years in silicon, system, or platform validation, including 10+ years in technical leadership.
• Proven experience leading post-silicon validation and bring-up for complex SoCs (AI, GPU, or CPU).
• Strong understanding of SoC architecture, coherency, power management and interconnects.
• Expertise in debug tools, DFT infrastructure, and validation automation frameworks.
• Proficient in C/C++, Python, and Linux-based environments; experience with large-scale validation clusters is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead post-silicon validation strategy for AI SoCs with reliable delivery.
• Drive cross-domain debug and issue resolution across silicon, firmware, OS, and platform.
• Promote collaboration across design, software and validation teams to align on quality goals.
• Advance automation and scalable validation using emulation, prototyping and large-scale infra.
• Support continuous improvement and data-driven validation processes.
• Engage leadership and customers with clear updates on progress, risks and quality.
