Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an AI Security Engineering Lead to design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls and tooling that protect our AI and machine learning systems.

This hands-on, senior role combines technical leadership with coding, automation and platform design, guiding DevSecOps practices and secure-by-design approaches across the bank as we scale generative AI and agentic systems.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior security engineer and leading engineering initiatives in a DevSecOps environment.
• Strong expertise securing AI and ML systems at scale, including model lifecycle security, data pipelines, and secure deployment.
• Hands-on experience with machine learning stacks and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities
