Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking an AI Security Engineering Lead to design and deliver secure engineering patterns, controls and tooling for our AI/ML ecosystem. This hands-on leadership role requires deep expertise in secure architectures, DevSecOps, and scalable AI security practices.

You will work on code, automation and platform design, collaborating with senior technical customers and cross-functional teams to elevate our security across the bank’s AI initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience as a senior security engineer leading engineering initiatives in DevSecOps.
• Strong expertise securing AI/ML systems at scale, including model lifecycle security and data pipelines.
• Hands-on coding with Python/Go and automation tooling.
• Ability to design secure architectures and champion secure-by-design approaches.
