Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate, Security Engineer (AI) to own and operate security controls for enterprise AI platforms. You will lead security assessments, governance, and risk management for LLM deployments, working with SecEng, GRC, Legal, and IT teams.

You will apply secure SDLC practices, design threat models, and build continuous AI security monitoring. The role requires strong collaboration across disciplines and external vendor security coordination.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in AI security with governance responsibilities.
• 4+ years in cybersecurity with security engineering / cloud security foundation.
• Experience securing enterprise SaaS platforms and AI deployments.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI security assessments, onboarding, and hardening of enterprise AI deployments with governance controls.
• Develop AI threat models and map mitigations across risk scenarios in collaboration with GRC and Legal.
• Contribute to cross-functional programmes (IR, GRC, Legal/Privacy) with technical risk input.
• Interface with vendor security teams for AI platform updates and advisories.
