Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Security Researcher focused on AI systems for a hybrid role with a Cambridge office presence two days per week. You will work at the intersection of security engineering and cutting-edge generative AI, shaping agentic workflows and prototyping them within the Darktrace product ecosystem.

You’ll collaborate with product, engineering and ML teams while maintaining ongoing research to stay at the forefront of AI and security developments.

Qualifications

• Experience with Darktrace product suite.
• Foundational knowledge in agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research product use cases that could benefit from agentic workflows.
• Design and prototype agentic systems to improve customer value and experience.
• Coordinate with development, product and ML teams to take ideas from concept to prototype.
• Maintain strong product knowledge through ongoing research projects.
