Darktrace is hiring a Security Researcher focused on AI systems in a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in the Cambridge office. The role blends security research with cutting-edge generative AI, shaping how agentic workflows are explored, prototyped, and integrated into the Darktrace product ecosystem.

You will work with cross-functional teams to apply findings to product capabilities, maintain research momentum, and stay at the forefront of AI and cyber security developments.

Qualifications

• Experience with the Darktrace product suite.
• Interest in developing agentic workflows.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research product use cases that could benefit from agentic workflows.
• Design and prototype agentic systems to improve customer value.
• Coordinate with development, product and ML teams to move ideas from concept to prototype.
