Darktrace is hiring a Security Researcher focused on AI systems in a hybrid role requiring 2 days weekly in our Cambridge office. You will explore agentic workflows, prototyping how AI capabilities translate into real-world customer value, and collaborate with product, engineering and ML teams.

You will combine practical Darktrace knowledge with curiosity about emerging AI capabilities, applying logical thinking to solve unfamiliar problems while staying at the forefront of AI and security

Qualifications

• Experience with Darktrace product suite and an interest in agentic workflows.
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Work at the intersection of security research and generative AI.
• Design and prototype agentic systems to enhance Darktrace products and customer value.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and ML teams to move ideas from concept to prototype.
• Maintain ongoing research to stay ahead in AI and security developments.
