Nextech Group Limited is partnering with a fast-growing, early-stage AI technology business seeking its first full-time sales leader in London. You’ll be a seller first and leader second, owning new revenue personally while shaping the pricing, proposition and commercial strategy.

You’ll take ownership of day-to-day sales operations, close deals, coach the team, and build a repeatable playbook across discovery, demos and closing. This is a hands-on, equity-backed opportunity.

Competenze

• Proven B2B new-business sales track record with measurable results.
• Experience in early-stage or high-growth startups.
• Hands-on approach to AI, including LLMs or AI-enabled workflows.

Mansioni

• Close new business on your own target and drive revenue.
• Lead, coach and develop the existing sales team.
• Own pipeline management and forecasting.
