Job summary

You will collaborate with the AI team to define schemas and evaluation rubrics while ensuring accuracy, auditability, and scalable quality metrics.

You will review outputs, identify biases, support governance and responsible AI initiatives, and mentor junior annotators, driving continuous quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Information Technology.
• Masters degree in Software Engineering is a plus.
• Certifications such as CSTE or Tricentis are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Identify and manage project deliverables.
• Lead the design, optimization, and standardization of QA processes for AI use cases.
• Collaborate with AI team to define evaluation rubrics and schemas.
• Review outputs for accuracy, auditability and bias; provide quality judgments.
• Define reusable testing frameworks and ensure governance, compliance, and escalation protocols.
