Ideagen Plc is actively hiring a Quality specialist to contribute to AI models used in regulated environments. You will apply rigorous annotation guidelines, label quality datasets, and review AI outputs for conformity with CAPA and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Solid operational experience in Quality within a regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with non-conformance management and CAPA processes.
• Strong analytical and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain non-compliant outputs clearly and constructively.
• Comfortable handling large volumes of detailed evaluation work with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Apply annotation guidelines for Quality training data with consistency.
• Label quality datasets with practitioner-level judgement for non-conformances and CAPA plans.
• Evaluate AI outputs against rubrics and document errors or unsafe interpretations.
• Test AI capabilities against complex quality scenarios drawn from real experience.
• Support calibration sessions to maintain evaluation standards.
