Job summary

Zego is hiring a Senior AI Product Manager for the Mobile Experience team in London. You will own a product domain, set quarterly strategy, and guide discovery and delivery across iOS and Android, leveraging AI to create smarter, faster app experiences.

You will lead rapid experimentation, craft onboarding and self-serve flows, and work with engineering, design, data, and compliance to ship at pace while measuring adoption, retention and app stability.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior AI Product Manager to join our Mobile Experience team. Our apps are where customers live with us day to day - recording trips, seeing their driving rating, managing their policy and getting help. For most of our customers, the app is Zego.

You'll own a product domain within our apps, defining its quarterly strategy and goals and helping shape the longer-term direction of the Mobile Experience. You'll lead discovery and delivery across iOS and Android, and use AI both to move faster and to build smarter experiences.

What You'll Be Doing

• Define your domain's quarterly strategy and goals , and help refine the longer-term plans for the Mobile Experience.
• Lead complex discovery autonomously , from customer research and design partnerships to opportunity solution trees and business cases.
• Craft mobile experiences customers prefer , from effortless onboarding to intuitive self-serve, that also cost less to serve.
• Validate before you build , using A/B tests, feature flags, staged rollouts and rapid prototypes to back or kill ideas early.
• Ship at pace in reusable building blocks across iOS and Android, working with engineering, design, data and compliance.
• Put the right metrics in place , from adoption and retention to app ratings and stability, and use them to drive continuous improvement.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows for your domain , and explore AI-powered experiences inside the app.
• Bring stakeholders along , running ceremonies with senior stakeholders, facilitating big-room planning and knowing when to accelerate.

What You'll Need to Be Successful

• Mobile product ownership. A track record of owning a consumer mobile app, or a major area of one, and delivering material business impact in a high-growth environment.
• UX and customer instinct. You sweat the details of onboarding, permissions, notifications and accessibility, and know what makes great mobile experiences work.
• Experimentation mindset. Hands-on experience with A/B tests, feature flags and rapid prototypes. You default to evidence over opinion.
• Data and commercial fluency. Comfortable instrumenting events and analysing funnels in Amplitude, Looker or Snowflake, and building a business case around expected ROI.
• Technical literacy. Confident with engineers on native vs cross-platform trade-offs, APIs and release management. Ideally, you come from engineering or data science.
• Ownership and communication. A bias for action, and the ability to bring stakeholders with you across multiple teams.

You work AI-first. You will use AI daily here, and we mean daily. You do not need to arrive an expert, but you do need to arrive curious, experiment fast, and take ownership of getting good quickly. People who wait to be trained will find this uncomfortable.
