Job summary

Coform is scaling its engineering team in London to turn the reasoning and workflows of top SEs and FDEs into agentic software. You’ll work across data modeling, backend, and frontend, delivering weekly iterations for major clients like Remote.com, GoCardless, and Mollie.

We seek AI-native engineers who ship production TS/React code and enjoy solving hard problems. This role is London-based or relocation-ready with three in-person days weekly.

Qualifications

• Shipped production software in TypeScript and React.
• AI-native mindset with ability to maintain output standards.
• London-based or willing to relocate and able to work in-person 3 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Ship product end-to-end (data model, backend, interface) weekly for customers.
• Build the reasoning layer: extraction pipelines, LLM orchestration, evaluation.
• Build surfaces around it: Slack and voice capture, delivery through MCP server and integrations (Salesforce, Gong).
• Participate in customer standups and discovery to inform decisions.
• Define what done means: reliability, testing, observability for future engineers.
