Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a product-focused software engineer with a frontend-first remit to deliver AI-enabled features in a regulated domain. You will own end-to-end product slices, collaborate with founders, designers and AI engineers, and ship high-impact capabilities.

Proficiency in TypeScript/React and modern tooling is required, with London-based, four-days-a-week office presence preferred. You will build integrations with Canva, Figma, Google Docs, Contentful, Workfront, Monday.com and

Proven ability to own and ship end-to-end product slices with minimal supervision.
Track record of features that shipped, stalled, and solved real user problems.
Strong product judgment for trade-offs and prioritization.
Attention to detail and excellent product taste.
Ability to work effectively with founders, designers and AI engineers.

Responsibilities

Own product slices from specification through production, frontend-first with backend as needed.
Build surfaces for compliance reviewers, including workflows and review UIs.
Ship features where AI is part of the critical path and monitor post-launch impact.
Deploy a production change on day one and a feature in the first week.
Contribute to product direction, technical decisions, and prioritization.
