Job summary

TCS Interactive is seeking a Senior Product Designer to craft AI-powered experiences across the full product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery. You will work with product managers, data scientists, engineers and researchers to shape trustworthy, explainable AI-enabled solutions.

The role requires strong UX/UI design, research leadership, and a proven ability to translate complex AI concepts into intuitive, accessible products that deliver commercial impact within regulated financial services

Qualifications

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Designer or similar.
• Demonstrable experience designing AI-powered digital products where AI capabilities are core to the experience.
• Strong portfolio across AI products, UX, UI and user research.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI product design across discovery to delivery.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers and Researchers.
• Create user journeys, wireframes and high-fidelity interfaces for AI-enabled experiences.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems and component libraries.
• Champion accessibility, usability and inclusion.
