Esko's AI Platform security team is building shared foundations to enable product teams to develop AI capabilities securely. This hands-on security engineering role focuses on identity, access controls, policy enforcement, audit, and threat modelling across cloud-based AI services.

You will collaborate with cloud platform, security, compliance, and product teams to implement practical, reusable controls for multi-tenant environments, with a strong emphasis on secure defaults and auditable

Qualificações

• Strong software engineering background in secure production systems.
• Experience securing cloud, distributed or platform services with authentication, authorization and policy enforcement.
• Experience with LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation, or agents and related security considerations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape AI Platform security architecture and own substantial security components end-to-end.
• Design and implement identity, authorization, delegated-access, and policy enforcement controls for AI systems.
• Build audit and monitoring capabilities to ensure traceability and enable review of high-risk behavior.
• Conduct threat modelling and adversarial testing, translating findings into reusable platform controls.
