Few&Far is seeking an experienced Senior AI Platform Engineer with a full-stack background to help build an AI-native platform for enterprise software teams. The role combines architecture, backend services, frontend features and AI systems in a hands-on, product-focused environment.

You will work in a remote-first SaaS company with an established enterprise base, shaping the platform as it grows and influencing engineering best practices across teams.

Qualifications

• 6-7+ years building production software.
• Experience building multi-agent orchestration systems in production.
• Strong backend engineering experience with modern cloud infrastructure (70% backend).
• Experience designing and shipping APIs and distributed systems.
• Pragmatic approach to technology over language/framework loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on product engineering across architecture, backend services and front-end features.
• Build production-ready AI capabilities used by customers.
• Collaborate with Product, Design and Software Engineers on scalable platform services.
• Develop APIs and orchestration frameworks for AI agents in production.
