Job summary

SimplifyVMS is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer with a strong AI-native mindset to design and scale our enterprise VMS platform. You will own features end-to-end, work across a complex AWS microservices architecture, and contribute to AI-powered automation and tooling.

Based in Ireland/Northern Ireland with some in-person meetings, you will build backend services in Java/Spring Boot, TypeScript/Node.js, and Python, while developing frontend components in Angular.

Qualifications

• Strong fundamentals in Java, TypeScript and Python with AI-native development.
• Experience building enterprise-grade microservices on AWS.
• Ability to design and ship features end-to-end with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, TypeScript and Python.
• Develop frontend apps with Angular, TypeScript and PrimeNG.
• Design APIs and microservices for a scalable platform.
• Integrate AI features and build AI coding agents and workflows.
• Operates in AWS environment, including Bedrock integration and real-time features.
