Accenture is hiring a Senior AI Native Software Engineer – Products in London. You will join a permanent product team to build AI-native software across the full stack, from architecture to user experience, with autonomous teams driving rapid, high-quality delivery.

You will design agentic systems, leverage AI development tools, and maintain accountability for architecture, security, reliability, and product outcomes in production.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of 8 years building and shipping production software.
• Minimum of 8 years full-stack development experience (frontend and backend).
• Minimum of 8 years software engineering fundamentals (system design, data modeling, APIs, testing, cloud-native development, security, observability, production ops).
• Minimum 2 years hands-on AI-native engineering experience (LLM APIs, coding agents, tool integrations, retrieval systems).
• Minimum 1 year building reliable AI/agentic systems from zero to production and owning them.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years).

Aufgaben

• Build and ship across the full stack, including architecture, data models, backend services, APIs, AI systems, and UX.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn customer problems into high-quality products.
• Balance speed and scale, deciding when to prototype or scale for production, security, and reliability.
• Design and implement agentic systems, including model interactions, tool use, retrieval, orchestration, and guardrails.
• Create context, tests, development environments, CI pipelines, and evaluation systems for agents.
• Direct multiple streams of agent-assisted work and ensure quality reaches production.
