Accenture is seeking a Senior AI Native Software Engineer to join a permanent product team in London. You will own end-to-end development across the full stack, including architecture, data models, backend services, APIs, AI systems, and user experiences, collaborating with product managers and designers.

You bring at least eight years building production software, deep full-stack experience, and hands-on AI-native engineering with LLM tools, agent frameworks, and guardrails.

Formación

• 8+ years of production software development experience.
• 8+ years full stack development experience.
• 8+ years software engineering fundamentals including design, data modeling, APIs, testing, cloud-native development, security, observability, and production operations.
• 2+ years AI-native engineering experience with LLM APIs, coding agents, or related tools.
• 1+ year building reliable AI or agentic systems in production.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build and ship across the full stack from architecture to user experience.
• Design and implement AI-native agentic systems and tooling.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to turn problems into high-quality products.
• Set technical direction and make architecture decisions for production-ready systems.
• Own reliability, observability, security, and performance in production.
• Raise the engineering bar through rigorous technical reviews and mentoring.
