Aviva seeks an AI Model Risk & Governance Lead to oversee validation and independent review of advanced analytics and AI models across pricing, reserving and customer analytics in the UK. You will collaborate with model owners, risk and analytics teams to strengthen governance, assess model performance and regulatory compliance, and help develop validation tools and challenger models.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in model validation, model risk management, model review or quantitative risk roles.
• Strong knowledge of advanced analytics, machine learning and AI models with ability to provide independent challenge.
• Ability to analyse complex quantitative methods and communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent oversight and assurance across a broad range of models.
• Assess model performance, governance and regulatory compliance, delivering independent challenge.
• Contribute to development of validation tools, methodologies and challenger models.
