Qualifications

• Strong background in AI risk management for Generative AI and agentic AI.
• Hands-on capability with agentic AI, AI agents, and multi-agent systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead independent evaluation and challenge of AI-enabled tools, agents, and models across asset classes.
• Lead AI model risk management end-to-end, addressing Generative and agentic AI risks.
• Design and deliver complex validation analyses: replication, sensitivity, benchmarking, ad hoc investigations.
• Own validation outputs from test plan design to reporting and challenge of developers.
• Maintain independence between development and independent review.
• Build AI model risk capability and share expertise across teams.
• Drive rigorous execution standards and practical application of model risk frameworks.
