Job summary

Era4 is seeking an AI Infrastructure Validation Engineer to join a fast-scaling team. You will design, build, and orchestrate preflight validation suites and performance benchmarks that verify bare-metal APIs, Kubernetes environments, and multi-node GPU clusters for enterprise workloads.

You will ensure every platform release or hardware deployment is tested and ready before customers. This is a mission-led AI business redefining infrastructure and impact for enterprises.

Qualifications

• Strong Python for building zero-dep verification tools and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience writing infrastructure as code to provision/test/teardown complex environments.
• Proven experience with Kubernetes in enterprise-scale distributed systems.
• Scripting automated checks for hardware interfaces (BMC/IPMI/Redfish).
• Experience integrating validation suites into CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Product, and Datacentre Operations.

Responsibilities

• Design and build zero-dependency Python preflight verification tools for multi-node GPU workloads.
• Write and maintain IaC to provision bare-metal and containerized compute environments.
• Create adaptive test orchestration to detect environment drift and platform changes.
