Era4 is seeking a Solution Architect - AI Infrastructure to join a fast-scaling team in London. You will bridge customers, Product Management, Engineering, and Delivery to help organisations adopt Era4's AI infrastructure services.

The role suits Senior Solutions Architects, Solutions Engineers, Cloud Architects, HPC Architects, GPU Infrastructure Specialists, or Technical Consultants with experience in AI infrastructure, cloud platforms, Kubernetes, and customer-facing engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer-facing architecture roles.
• Strong background in AI infrastructure and GPU platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Strong communication with technical and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customers to understand workloads and requirements.
• Design scalable solutions across Bare Metal, BMaaS, Kubernetes, and AI infra services.
• Own proofs of concept, pilots, benchmarks, and architecture reviews.
• Translate customer demand into infrastructure, capacity, networking, and service requirements.
• Deliver technical workshops for customers, partners, and internal teams.
