Qualifications

• 10+ years in business development, sales, or account leadership.
• Established networks in UK and Nordics.
• Experience selling enterprise AI, data platforms, or advanced tech.
• Strong technical acumen to translate solutions into business value.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
• Executive presence and strong communication skills.
• CRM proficiency (e.g., Salesforce) and MS Office.
• Highly organized with strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive net-new business in the UK & Nordics.
• Align Penguin solutions with customer needs and regulatory requirements.
• Build executive-level relationships with C-Suite and researchers.
• Lead consultative engagements to demonstrate value.
