Dex partners with a company building an AI operating system for enterprise IT. You’ll join a lean backend team owning core platform components including batch job infra, LLM gateway, and enterprise-ready auth/observability defaults. You’ll tackle hard, foundational problems across millions of lines of code and real-time workloads.

You will work in London in person, five days a week, shaping scalable systems, reliability, and security while building tooling to accelerate product development.

Formación

• 3+ years of backend engineering experience with ownership over platform or infrastructure components.
• Proven experience designing and implementing distributed systems, including queueing and large-scale batch processing.
• Familiarity with LLM infrastructure at scale, including token routing and provider failover.
• Track record of building internal tooling or APIs that improve team velocity and reliability.
• Ability to work in person with the team in London five days a week.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core backend platform components enabling rapid shipping by the rest of the engineering team.
• Develop and scale batch job infrastructure handling massive data volumes.
• Engineer the LLM gateway, managing token throughput and provider failover.
• Establish robust auth and observability defaults meeting enterprise reliability and security standards.
• Build internal tooling and APIs to accelerate product development and team efficiency.
