• Practical experience with AI coding tools, strong prompting skills.
• Sound engineering judgment and responsibility for the code you ship.

Responsibilities

• Own features end-to-end, spanning Rust services, backend systems, and frontend interfaces.
• Use AI development tools such as Claude Code and Cursor to deliver high-quality software quickly.
• Improve the AI agent’s tools, execution framework, and use of context.
• Optimise performance across services, database queries, caching, and memory usage.
• Improve backend infrastructure and CI, investigating and resolving low-level bugs.
• Work closely with design to build polished, consistent user experiences, taking increasing ownership of the product.
