Job summary

Bally’s Intralot is building AI-powered personalization and discovery features across its iGaming platforms. You will work with AI researchers and engineers to ship production-ready solutions that scale to millions of players.

As a senior engineer, you’ll own the design and delivery of real-time AI systems, focusing on low latency, reliability, and observability, while collaborating with product managers and data analysts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial software engineering experience with TypeScript and Python.
• Proven experience delivering AI, ML or data-driven features into production (recommendation engines, search, ranking, LLM apps).
• Hands-on experience building cloud-native apps on AWS, with CI/CD, IaC and production monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Turn prototypes from R&D into production systems that are hardened, tested, observable and maintainable.
• Build and operate real-time personalization, recommendation, search and ranking against live traffic with low latency.
• Maintain high engineering bar on AWS and TypeScript, with clean CI/CD and infrastructure as code.
