Qualifications

• 8+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in Python or TypeScript.
• Experience deploying LLM-powered applications in production.
• Experience with modern LLM tooling and agent frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Build Production AI Systems: Design, develop, and deploy robust AI applications using LLMs, including prompt engineering and full‑stack AI products.
• Work Directly with Customers: Partner with enterprise stakeholders to translate complex problems into AI solutions.
• Lead System Architecture: Design scalable architectures balancing performance, reliability, cost, and maintainability.
• Develop Our Internal Platform: Contribute to Distillery, our LLM platform, with reusable infrastructure and tools.
• Evaluate AI Systems Rigorously: Develop evaluation frameworks for accuracy, latency, cost, and reliability.
• Ship Production-Grade Systems: Ensure observability, security, and maintainability.
• Raise the Engineering Bar: Improve workflows and deployment strategies as the platform evolves.
