Qualifications

• A minimum of a 2.1 degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science or a similar quantitative field.
• Experience deploying modern AI/ML solutions into production, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, model evaluation and monitoring.
• Strong Python skills with CI/CD, testing and code reviews.
• Experience developing solutions at scale on cloud platforms (Azure & AWS), containerisation and orchestration tools like Kubernetes and Docker.
• Expertise in data engineering for AI: handling large-scale, unstructured and multimodal data.
• Understanding of responsible AI principles, model interpretability and ethics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team collaboration.

• Deliver advanced AI solutions using state-of-the-art ML, generative and agentic AI technologies.
• Drive adoption of modern AI frameworks, AIOps practices and scalable cloud-native architectures.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a culture of innovation, learning and engineering excellence.
