Job summary

Kainos in the United Kingdom is seeking a Data Scientist Manager to lead the delivery of advanced AI solutions, leveraging state-of-the-art machine learning, generative AI and agentic AI. You will guide modern AI development and cloud-native architectures.

You’ll coach a team, establish standards and commercial acumen, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to agree architecture principles and strategic direction, embedding responsible AI and engineering excellence.

Qualifications

• Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver AI/ML solutions.
• Architectural principles and scalable cloud-native systems.
• Develop AI models including LLMs, time series, and reinforcement learning.
• Experience with prompt engineering and RAG approaches.
• Strong Python and software engineering practices.
