Qualifications

• Senior/lead level with experience in multi-agent or agentic AI in live production.
• Strong Python skills and ability to work with LangGraph/LangChain/Haystack.
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems to production environments.
• Secure deployment and cloud knowledge (AWS) preferred.
• Proficient in writing production-grade, reliable code.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build multi-agent AI systems end-to-end, with bespoke orchestration and tool-calling logic.
• Write production-grade code focusing on reliability, latency and graceful failure.
• Embed LLMs and vision-language models into live reasoning and retrieval workflows.
• Deploy across cloud, on-premises and offline/air-gapped environments.
• Own data pipelines from ingestion to live inference.
• Build monitoring, evaluation and guardrail tooling to show system performance in the field.
• Set technical standards for agentic AI within the team and document patterns.
