Oxford Dynamics is seeking a Senior Applied AI Engineer (Private Sector Contractor) to build end‑to‑end agentic AI systems in production. You will own multi-agent pipelines, model integration, and the infrastructure required for secure on‑premises and offline deployments, delivering reliable systems for high-stakes decisions.

Qualifications

• Significant software engineering experience (6+ years).
• Commercial experience building multi-agent or agentic AI systems in production.
• Strong Python and production-grade code practices.
• Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (LangGraph, LangChain, Haystack).
• Experience deploying AI/ML systems in production, including security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Build end‑to‑end multi-agent AI systems in production.
• Design and implement production pipelines, inference, and retrieval components.
• Integrate large language and vision-language models into real reasoning pipelines.
• Deploy across cloud, on‑premises, and offline environments with security in mind.
• Own the full data-to-inference pipeline and system reliability.
