Job summary

Quantum is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to lead design, development and deployment of scalable AI systems powering personalised advertising and real-time analytics. You’ll collaborate with BI, data engineers, and product teams to deliver measurable business outcomes on a GCP-powered stack.

You will implement advanced agentic workflows, ensure security and compliance, and mentor teammates in modern AI/ML practices.

Qualifications

Experience in software engineering, ideally in Ad Tech, Mar Tech, or similarly complex environments.
Experience building multi-agent or single-agent architectures with API integrations.
Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning methods and prompt engineering.
Experience with GCP services or AWS equivalents such as Vertex AI, BigQuery ML, Dataflow, AI Platform Pipelines, and Dataproc.
Experience with CI/CD for AI/ML, model versioning, monitoring, and AI Ops practices.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and deploy scalable multi-agent systems and generative AI features for Martech challenges.
Research and implement agentic design patterns and orchestration frameworks.
Collaborate across teams to translate business objectives into agent personas and tool definitions.
Monitor and optimise agent systems in production, track token efficiency and tool-calling accuracy.
Maintain data security, model explainability, and mitigate prompt injection risks.
Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in agent-oriented programming and cloud infra.
