Job summary

Quantum is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy AI systems powering personalised advertising, customer journey analytics, audience segmentation, and real-time bidding strategies.

You'll collaborate with BI, data engineers, and product teams to build scalable AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform and apply cutting-edge techniques to real-world marketing challenges.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering, ideally in Ad Tech or Mar Tech.
• Experience building multi-agent or single-agent architectures with API integrations.
• Understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning; experience with foundation models and prompt engineering.

Responsibilities

• Architecture & multi-agent design: build scalable multi-agent systems and generative AI features for Martech challenges.
• Advanced agentic workflows: research and implement planning, reflection, and tool usage patterns.
• Cross-functional collaboration: translate objectives into agent personas, tools, and boundaries.
• Performance & guardrails: monitor and optimise agent systems in production; track token efficiency, loops, and tool-calling accuracy.
• Security & compliance: maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance, data security, model explainability, and risk mitigation.
