Job summary

Fundment is building a scalable AI-driven data platform to transform the wealth advisory sector in the UK. This role focuses on designing AI-powered systems, productionizing AI prototypes, and delivering value across the advisory and operations teams.

You will work closely with the AI team to develop reusable components, govern models, and monitor performance, ensuring secure, scalable deployments in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data-driven systems or AI engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver AI-powered systems to streamline admin tasks and improve client interactions.
• Build robust AI solutions and end-to-end MLOps pipelines to monitor performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical specs and production deliverables.
