Kinsworth is seeking exceptional AI engineers to help build and scale an AI-native financial intelligence platform. You will drive core AI capabilities across applied ML, reasoning and production engineering with strong ownership and the ability to shape critical product areas.

Qualifikationen

• Strong experience delivering production AI/ML systems with solid software engineering fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and typed languages such as TypeScript.
• Hands-on experience with modern ML/LLM systems, including retrieval, structured outputs and evaluation.
• Experience building and operating cloud services with observability and MLOps practices.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requirements into clear technical approaches and reliable implementations.
• Experience with data pipelines, quality and production data architecture.

• Design, develop and operate core AI capabilities within Kinsworth.
• Build and improve reasoning, knowledge and decision systems.
• Combine language models with structured data and computational methods.
• Design evaluations to measure quality, reliability and performance.
• Own capabilities from data prep through deployment and monitoring.
• Assess emerging research and apply where value is delivered.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to shape technical direction.
• Build secure, scalable and maintainable AI systems for the platform.
