Job summary

RevTech in London is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy AI-driven solutions, shaping company-wide AI strategy within a high-scale fintech. You will partner with product, data science and engineering teams to embed AI into core workflows.

This is a hybrid role offering ownership of LLM-based applications, API design, deployment practices across AWS/GCP/Azure, and mentoring peers while setting technical direction for AI adoption.

Qualifications

• Experience applying LLMs to real-world problems.
• Strong backend and API design skills.
• Ability to collaborate across product, data science and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and deliver high-impact Generative AI use cases.
• Design and build APIs and microservices that embed AI capabilities into core workflows.
• Develop, fine-tune, and deploy LLM-based applications (chatbots, assistants, knowledge extraction tools).
• Architect scalable AI infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or Azure using containerisation and IaC.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and secure, compliant AI deployment practices.
• Build intuitive interfaces for teams to interact with AI-driven features.
• Continuously optimise performance, reliability, and scalability of AI systems.
