Job summary

Capgemini's AI Engineering Team in the EMEA Corporate Technology AMD area delivers enterprise-grade AI solutions, including Generative AI, RAG, and Agentic AI. You will work across offices, client sites and from home, in a hybrid model to balance business needs and collaboration.

We seek individuals with 10+ years in tech delivery and at least 2+ years building Generative AI on Azure, plus strong Python skills and experience with vector search and LLMs.

Qualifications

• Over 10 years in tech delivery or AI solution development.
• 2+ years designing Generative AI on Microsoft Azure (preferred) or AWS.
• Experience building production-grade Generative AI apps (RAG, AI Agents, prompt engineering).
• Knowledge of LLMs (GPT, Llama, Claude, etc.) and grounding/retrieval pipelines.
• Strong Python skills for APIs, AI services, and automation.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with DX teams and stakeholders to define measurable success criteria for AI initiatives.
• Design, develop, and deliver scalable AI solutions aligned to business objectives.
• Evaluate tech options based on value, cost, risk, and long-term supportability.
• Follow SDLC and governance processes with proper planning, testing, and reporting.
• Promote engineering best practices, standards, and quality controls for secure, reliable AI solutions.
• Partner with architecture, security, and infra teams to meet enterprise standards.
