Job summary

Myn, a London-based technology partner, seeks a Senior AI Engineer to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI-powered applications—from prototyping to scalable deployment and ongoing monitoring.

You will translate business requirements into robust specifications, develop agentic workflows and RAG pipelines, manage embeddings and vector databases, and drive observability, cost efficiency, and reliability across client projects.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade software development.
• Proven experience designing, building, and deploying LLM-based applications and agentic workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, embedding models, and vector databases.
• Expertise in MLOps practices, including CI/CD, model monitoring, and performance optimisation.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerisation technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Strong understanding of API development and backend service integration.
• Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, reliable AI solutions.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
