Dex is building production infrastructure for enterprise AI with a focus on safe, controllable agent systems. You will own applied AI and agent architecture end to end in London, shaping technical direction with founders who value unconventional opinions and minimal corporate process.

As a founding Member of Technical Staff, you will drive design decisions around memory, orchestration, and safety, delivering production-ready features for partners in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and deploying autonomous agents into real production environments beyond prototyping with LLM APIs.
• Harness engineering depth across orchestration, tool use, memory systems, and evaluation pipelines.
• Strong ML foundations or senior applied AI experience with full-stack execution.

Responsabilités

• Architect autonomous agent harnesses capable of executing complex workflows inside enterprise environments.
• Design safety guardrails and runtime constraints to manage model indeterminism without hurting agent utility.
• Build closed-loop evaluation systems that benchmark and improve harness performance.
• Ship agent features directly into production with enterprise design partners.
• Contribute to foundational technical strategy from memory management to multi-agent orchestration.
