You will build production-grade autonomous infrastructure, shaping memory, tool-calling, orchestration and evaluation layers that empower AI agents to manage live landlord, tenant, and service-provider workflows.

The role emphasizes deploying robust agentic systems, with a strong backend foundation in TypeScript/Node.js or Python, and daily use of AI coding agents to accelerate software

Qualifications

• Shipping agentic systems in production beyond demos.
• Strong backend foundation in TS/Node.js or Python.
• Architectural judgement on where to deploy LLM agents and where to enforce deterministic logic.
• Daily use of AI coding agents to decompose tasks and accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Architect the core platform for multi-agent orchestration, context management, tool integration, and state persistence across workflows.
• Build automated evaluation harnesses and observability tooling to benchmark agent reliability and catch regressions before go-live.
• Standardise custom operational processes into modular, reusable agentic components for rapid onboarding of new businesses.
• Define the architectural boundary between autonomous agent execution, deterministic backend code, and human intervention safeguards.
• Leverage agentic software engineering practices and coding agents as a core part of daily development cadence.
