Dex in London seeks a founding engineer to own the agent layer that plans, executes, and checks audit work against international accounting standards. You will transform ambiguous domain problems into dependable, self-improving agent architectures alongside licensed auditors.

You will work with state-authorised auditors to translate legal rules into autonomous code and take features from concept to production without waiting for tickets or detailed roadmaps.

Competenze

• Experience shipping production software end to end with accountability for architecture and outcomes.
• Hands-on experience building, evaluating, and operating LLM systems in production, using measurement.
• Ability to break down ambiguous real-world workflows with non-technical domain experts.
